Kai Li & Kai Ferng

Kai Li is a well-behaved girl in the family. She likes to eat sweet food especially ice cream. She had a very bad phlegm after eating eggs, grape too.
Kai Ferng is an organised child. He knows how to organise his time to finish his tasks since 1 year old. He likes to be clean and does not like bad smells. He has a very strong sense of smell.
Their names suit their character very well, don't they? Maybe it's good looks for the girl. In chinese,'kai' means happy. 'li' means beautiful. 'ferng' means sharp. :)

What finally you bought may be a good-looking but poor performance forklift.

How to avoid of these? The answer is no way, but you can minimise it. Let me share with you on some of the general rules !!

Forklift Safety Tips for Operators

Seat belts should be worn, speed limits and stop signs obeyed, use extra caution and avoid turning when negotiating grades, ramps and inclines.

Slowing down and sounding your horn when you approach to intersection or corner.

When getting off a forklift ensure the parking brake is set, the forks are lowered and controls are neutralised.

Most forklifts are one person vehicles, and unless an additional seat, footrest and seat belt is available, passengers must not ride on the forklift.

Forklift are designed to lift and move loads, not people. Raising people on forks or pallets is extremely risky and is a prohibited work practice.

Forklift Business

Forklift Manufacturers

There are many forklift manufacturers in the world nowadays, not least than 20 manufacturers. According to world statistics, Toyota group is the number no# 1 forklift manufacturer in the world since 2005, follow by Kion Group, Nacco, Crown and Mitsubishi & Caterpillar.

The consolidation of manufacturers have been so intense in the early 2000, whereby only the largest names can get the economical of skills. They can pour more resources and invest into more research and update their product. For those followers, as they are lack of resources therefore just assemble it but just have the cosmetic change.Customer today is more sophisticated and well informed of the latest product offered. They will do most of research before deciding on what forklift they will buy. Therefore, to offer a solely product solution to customers does not work well today.

The next thing we have to consider is to package forklift with finance, services, operators etc. This is like a one stop shop for the customer, where they can look for all his solution under one roof. You save customer time to source and look for others.
